Your giving matters now more than ever

In the face of the global crisis we are presently facing, we are doing everything we can to offer support to our community. Your financial contributions enable us support those in need as well as run all our Sunday services (online and in church).

Everything we do at St Michael’s is made possible by your generous financial contributions and support. Thank you.

Give Regularly by Standing Order

Monthly giving is vital to our mission as it enables us to plan impactful, long-term projects to reach more people with the love of Jesus. To set up or amend a standing order, log in to your online banking or contact your local branch with St Michael’s bank account details:

St Michael’s Highgate Parochial Church Council

SORT CODE: 203616

Please also fill in the Gift Aid form below if this is a new standing order, to enable us to claim a further 25% from the government.

Help St Michael’s each time you shop on Amazon by signing up to Amazon Smile. Amazon will donate 0.5% of the net purchase price (excluding VAT, returns and shipping fees) from your eligible Amazon Smile purchases to St Michael’s. This is at no additional cost to you.

St Michael’s Church appears on Amazon under our registered name as:
St Michael’s Highgate.

Employer Matched Giving

Many employers offer matched giving schemes. In most cases, the company will match your donation pound-for-pound up to a specific amount; a handful of organisations will even double your gift. Click here for a list of companies here that we understand currently match gifts donated by their employees. This list is not definitive, and many more companies may also offer this option.

If your employer is not listed, please contact the Human Resources or Social Responsibility Office at your workplace to find out if they operate a matched giving scheme.

Payroll Giving via Your Employer

Many employers offer Payroll Giving which allows you to give directly to St Michael’s from your salary before tax is deducted. This means if you give £100 per month and are a basic rate taxpayer, the gift will only cost you £80 from your net pay. If you pay a higher rate of tax, £100 a month will only cost you £60 from your net pay. To find out if your employer offers Payroll Giving, contact your HR office.

Leave a Legacy

If you are considering making a bequest or have already included a gift to St Michael’s in your will and would like to speak to someone about legacy giving, please contact our vicar, Kunle on kunle.ayodeji@stmichaelshighgate.org

Send a Cheque

To give via cheque, please make the cheque out to ‘St Michael’s Highgate’ and post it to:

St Michael’s Church, South Grove, London. N6 6BJ

Please note, due to all staff working from home, your cheque might not be processed and banked in the next few months. If at all possible, we would be so grateful if you could try online giving instead.

For UK taxpayers, we are able to reclaim 25p for every £1 given, at no extra cost to you. To allow us to claim Gift Aid on your behalf, please complete the declaration below. for more information about Gift Aid, please click here.
